Start by enrolling in internationally certified online courses via QLEARN, endorsed by Quest International University and SMC University.
You’ll study programs that equip you with practical knowledge in business, management, IT, health, and more — all guided by our facilitators and mentors.

STEP 2: Earn – Through Direct Selling (E-Commerce)

Apply your knowledge through real business activity

While studying, you become an Independent Representative (IR) on the direct selling platform.
This gives you access to global network marketing and e-commerce ecosystem — where you promote educational packages and business solutions to others.

You’ll Gain:

Hands-on business experience
Commissions and bonuses from sales
Networking with other entrepreneurs
Leadership and communication skills

Goal: Earn while learning and build your financial foundation.

STEP 3: Own – Through the Mutual Fund & Entrepreneurship Hub

Grow into business ownership and innovation

As you progress, a portion of business earnings (where applicable) supports our Mutual Fund — dedicated to helping youth start small enterprises and community projects.
Participants also gain access to the Entrepreneurship Hub, where ideas are transformed into real businesses through coaching, incubation, and funding guidance.
