About E-Learning Group Institute

E-Learning Group Institute is a Ghana-based educational, entrepreneurial hub and empowerment organization committed to bridging the gap of unemployment among graduates.

We combine internationally recognized online learning, entrepreneurship, and career mentorship to help young people acquire global knowledge while building sustainable income streams.

Through our platform, students can study internationally accredited courses from the UK, US and the EU via QLEARN, while also developing business and leadership skills through the Direct selling entrepreneurship model and fostering entrepreneurship through our Entrepreneurship Hub.

Our ultimate purpose is to create a system where education leads directly to deployment and enterprise, not just certificates

Our Story

The idea for E-Learning Group Institute was born from a simple observation — thousands of Ghanaian graduates leave school every year without jobs or practical business skills.

Recognizing this challenge, a group of young educators and independent representatives came together to design a solution that merges education and enterprise into one ecosystem.
Thus, E-Learning Group Institute was founded with a clear vision:

To transform education from a classroom experience into a life-changing journey of skill-building, entrepreneurship, and empowerment.

From our early beginnings as a small initiative, we are gradually growing into a nationwide youth empowerment platform serving hundreds of students, with the dream of reaching every young Ghanaian eager to learn and earn.

MISSION

To equip Ghanaian youth and graduates with business skills, entrepreneurial skills, and mentorship that lead to financial independence, employment creation, and national development.

VISION

To become Ghana’s leading model for youth empowerment — where learning, earning, and innovation unite to reduce unemployment and foster sustainable entrepreneurship across Africa.
